Michele is a true gem in the real estate business. I met her at one of her listings that I wanted to take a look at and (after receiving 2 referrals for other agents to contact from friends) we decided to go with Michele, based on my initial encounter with her. She's friendly, warm, easy to get along with and will go out of her way to help with any answers you need. She held our hand through the whole process....handled things that didn't necessarily need to be done by us, like getting a refrigerator repair person to come to the home we were in contract on...to make sure that everything was ok and do a small repair. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her....if you want someone to actually be your "friend" through and post the home buying process! WE LOVE MICHELE!!!!

Michele helped us buy not one, but TWO properties; one for a home and one for investment. She set up times when WE were available, made sure the properties met OUR guidelines, not hers, and made all the arrangements with an excellent inspection company. She went well beyond what most brokers have done, including representing our needs with the HOA, taking video, and helping us move in AFTER the closing! She was professional but personal at the same time. We should mention that we found her based upon online reviews, and it’s clear that she earned her positive comments honestly!

My fiance and I worked with Michele extensively to purchase a house. We had a goal of closing before our wedding, though we didn't get started as early as would be ideal. Michele sold our home in Bradenton within the time frame she told us before we contracted with her.
